>> Teachers & Parents -make sure your student or child has a kit of meds and their Epi-pen close by at all times. If you forgot it at home go back for it! If the administration office is far from the classroom the child should carry it in fanny pack or in the teacher's desk.
Parents educate your teachers on administration of the epi-pen and you child's meds.
I have had 32 Anaphylaxis episodes since 12/12. I start my meds and Epi-pen when I start to flush and hands itch. This helps avoid trips to the ER.
